Bio

Tyreek Hill is an American football wide receiver best known as one of the fastest and most explosive players in NFL history. Nicknamed “Cheetah,” Hill became famous for his rare combination of world-class speed, quickness, route-running ability, return skills, and big-play production. Born in Douglas, Georgia, he first gained attention as a standout athlete at Coffee High School, where his speed made him one of the most dangerous track and football prospects in the country.

Hill began his college football career at Garden City Community College before transferring to Oklahoma State. In 2014, he became one of the most exciting all-purpose players in the Big 12, contributing as a runner, receiver, kickoff returner, and punt returner. He earned First-Team All-Big 12 honors as an all-purpose player and was named Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year. Hill later finished his college career at West Alabama, where he continued to show the versatility and return-game explosiveness that would become his professional trademark.

The Kansas City Chiefs selected Hill in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft with the 165th overall pick. He made an immediate impact as a rookie, becoming one of the NFL’s most dangerous return specialists and gadget players. In his first season, he scored touchdowns as a receiver, runner, punt returner, and kickoff returner, earning Pro Bowl honors, First-Team All-Pro recognition as a punt returner, and a spot on the PFWA All-Rookie Team.

Hill soon developed from a special-teams star into one of the NFL’s premier wide receivers. Paired with quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid in Kansas City’s high-powered offense, he became one of the league’s most feared deep threats. His speed stretched defenses vertically, opened space for teammates, and helped redefine how NFL offenses used elite speed at wide receiver.

During his Chiefs career, Hill became a key part of Kansas City’s rise into a modern NFL powerhouse. He helped the Chiefs win Super Bowl LIV during the 2019 season, catching nine passes for 105 yards in the victory over the San Francisco 49ers. He also helped Kansas City reach Super Bowl LV and became one of the signature offensive stars of the Mahomes-era Chiefs.

In 2022, Hill was traded to the Miami Dolphins, where he continued to produce at an elite level. Playing in Miami’s speed-based offense, he immediately set a Dolphins single-season receiving yards record with 1,710 yards in 2022. He followed that with an even bigger 2023 season, recording 119 receptions for 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns. That year, he led the NFL in receiving yards, tied for the league lead in receiving touchdowns, earned First-Team All-Pro honors, and was later voted the No. 1 player on the NFL Top 100 Players of 2024.

Hill’s career has included eight Pro Bowl selections, five First-Team All-Pro selections, a Super Bowl championship, NFL 2010s All-Decade Team recognition, and more than 11,000 career receiving yards. His rare speed, highlight-reel touchdowns, long-distance scoring plays, and success with both the Chiefs and Dolphins have made him one of the most collectible wide receivers of his era. Tyreek Hill rookie cards, autographs, graded cards, jerseys, Chiefs memorabilia, Dolphins memorabilia, and Super Bowl-related collectibles remain popular with modern football collectors.
