Justin Drew Bieber rose from a small-town Canadian childhood raised by a single mother in Stratford, Ontario, to become one of the biggest pop stars of the 21st century. Discovered accidentally via YouTube videos at age 13 by talent manager Scooter Braun, he was soon signed by Usher and L.A. Reid.
