TS, also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan ("Bulletproof Boy Scouts") and Beyond The Scene, is a South Korean music group formed by RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Debuting on June 13, 2013, under HYBE Corporation (formerly Big Hit Entertainment), BTS transformed from an emerging hip-hop group into one of the most successful and influential music acts in history.
Known for blending pop, hip-hop, R&B, EDM, and alternative influences, BTS built a global fanbase through deeply personal lyrics addressing youth, mental health, self-love, ambition, and social issues.
